Hi Ruth! I'm one of the presenter of this event. The event focuses on developing self awareness and recognition of Leadership Strengths
through experiential activities that combine the integration of Italian history and recognized historical
figures with their essential leadership strengths. Through group interaction and introspection, each
participant begins to identify with their own strengths in common with characters such as Fellini, Montessori and
Julius Cesar. The result is a deepening, a self awareness that opens new possibilities for one's life, work and future perspectives.
If you write to me I can give you more details

I am a consultant based in Milan Italy and have been here for over 25 years. I hold US but also Italian citizenship. As a consultant and management trainer I regularly hold leadership and team building seminars for Italian managers in Italian as well as working with pan European goups in English. I just received this info from a California based friend but 7pm in California corresponds to 4am in the morning here in Milano!!!! Will the key points from this event somehow be posted on the internt? Are you focusing more on Italian-Americans or current business (or political???) leaders in Italy?

Thanks! Ruth Ann Lake, author of Leadership Relazionale, published by Franco Angeli

I will arrive in San Diego on October 1st. Too late for your event. I wrote the book Little Italy: The Way It Was. It is about the people, mores and culture of San Diego's Little Italy. Now working on next book. It focuses on Leadership. Your session on the Art of Italy Leadership would have been interesting.

Best Wishes,

Peter Corona, Ph.D.
